Overview

This document contains the release notes for HyWorks v3.6-SP1-Hotfix1.2. This release includes critical bug fixes to improve quality, reliability, and performance.

Important

• The patch Hotfix-1.2 is the default recommended for all environments, but must be applied in environments having Nutanix connector-based deployments.

• HF1.2 consolidated release superseding previous HyWorks Hotfix-1, Hotfix1.1, and be applied directly without having previous hotfixes.

• The documentation for versions 3.6 and above is currently being updated and will be available soon. The management console features new functionalities and UI updates that may not be fully explained in the older documentation for v3.4-SP1-HF6 or earlier versions.

• Modules such as Scheduler, Action Processor, and VM Scale Booster are not backward compatible and will not work with older versions of HyWorks Controller. The latest version should be used with a Controller from the same series.

Latest Hotfix v3.6-SP1-HF1.2

Note

Using this latest Hotfix, v3.6-SP1-HF1.2 alongside the major release (v3.6-SP1) is recommended.

Upgrade Compatibility

• The v3.6-SP1-Hotfix1.2 patch can be applied to HyWorks Controllers running v3.6.0.26711, v3.6.0.26711+HF1, or v3.6.0.26711+HF1.1.
