Administrative Access

Once HyWorks Controller Service and HyWorks Controller Management Console are installed successfully:

  1. Browse to [https://Controller-IP or Hostname:\<port Number>] For example, https://192.168.1.2:443/. The port is configured during the installation of the management console; the default port is 443.

  2. Enter the login credentials in the HyWorks Controller Management Console login screen.

    1. Administrator Credentials

      Default administrator credentials configured during the Accops HyWorks Controller Service installation.

      Or

      Members of the AD group (if configured during the Accops HyWorks Controller Service Installation).

      Or

      Users or members of groups configured later with administrative privileges.

    2. Organization: If HyWorks is deployed as a multi-organization structure, select the organization. In the case of a single organization, the screen to select the organization will not be shown.

    3. Language: The console is available in two languages, English and Japanese. Specify the preferred language.

  3. Upon successful login, the administrator will be navigated to Monitor > Live Sessions > User Sessions screen. The following buttons can also be seen:

    • A Help button to navigate to the Help tab.

    • The Logout button.
