User Details for Troubleshooting

Beyond displaying the user information, the Registered Users screen can also be used for understanding or determining the following delivery aspects:

  • User Assignments: Troubleshooting which applications or desktops are assigned to the user and how they are assigned

  • Applicable Connection Profiles for: Which Connection Profile will be used for an application or desktop session and understanding if the user experience is getting set correctly or not.

  • User Policies: Which Connection Profile/Timeouts will be applicable for this user session.
