HyWorks Scheduler and Action Processor: Maintenance Mode
Action Processor
Reinstall
To reinstall the HyWorks Action Processor, simply rerun the original setup. This can help reconfigure the consumer configuration(s) (e.g., Consumer Hostnames, Port, SSL Configuration, Username, and Password).
Follow the steps below to reinstall the Accops HyWorks Action Processor:

Navigate to the directory where the Accops HyWorks Action Processor is downloaded.

Double-click on the setup file to invoke the installer.

Click Next on the Welcome screen.

Click Next on the Choose Components screen.
-
Click I Agree on the License Agreement screen to proceed.

On the MQ Configuration screen, provide appropriate details for:
-
Consumer Hostname(s): List multiple consumer hostnames separated by commas.
-
Port: The default port for the message queue is 5672 for non-SSL and 5671 for SSL.
-
Enable SSL: Check this box if the Message Queue is set up to communicate using SSL.
-
Username: The username used to communicate with a message queue.
-
Password: The password for the user to access the message queue.

Click on Install to proceed. Wait for the installation to finish.

Click on Finish to close the HyWorks Action Processor setup wizard.

Reinstallation is completed with the following results:
- Consumer Message Queue configurations will be overwritten as per the provided inputs.

Verify the modified configurations: The example configuration file uses a default location. It might differ in production deployments.
- Check the message queue information here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Accops\HyWorks\ActionProcessor\appsettings.json
Upgrade
Running the setup of a newer version of the HyWorks Action Processor can be used to upgrade the setup. The steps will be the same as those mentioned in the Reinstallation section.
Prerequisite
RabbitMQ/ Erlang OTP Upgrade
Upgrading these modules may require a compatible version of the dependencies (Erlang OTP/RabbitMQ must be installed). Please follow the steps given in Troubleshooting if the direct upgrade of RabbitMQ and Erlang OTP does not work.
Uninstall
To uninstall Action Processor, follow the steps below:

Navigate to Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Programs and Features.

Select Accops HyWorks Action Processor from the list of installed programs and click on Uninstall/Change.

The Accops HyWorks Action Processor Uninstall wizard will be opened, displaying the installation directory information.

Click on Uninstall to proceed.

Click Finish to close the uninstall wizard.
- The uninstallation is completed; all configurations, files, and services should be removed.
Scheduler
Reinstall Scheduler
Re-running the exact setup of the Accops HyWorks Scheduler can be done to reinstall the HyWorks Scheduler. Reinstallation can achieve:

Reconfiguring the Publisher configuration(s) (e.g., Publisher Hostnames, Port, SSL Configuration, Username, Password).

Accops HyWorks Scheduler service login credentials.
Follow the steps below to reinstall the Accops HyWorks Action Processor:

Navigate to the directory where the Accops HyWorks Scheduler setup file was downloaded.

Double-click on the setup file to invoke the installer.
-
Click Next on the Welcome screen.

Click Next on the Choose Components screen.
-
Click I Agree on the License Agreement screen to proceed.

On the Message Queue (MQ) Configuration screen, provide appropriate details for:

Publisher Hostname(s): If there is more than one, provide separate consumer hostnames using commas.

Port: The default port for the message queue is 5672 for non-SSL connections and 5671 for SSL connections.

Enable SSL: Select this checkbox if MQ is configured to communicate over SSL.

Username: The username used to communicate with a message queue.
-
Password: The password for the user to access the message queue.

Click on Install to proceed. Wait for the installation to finish.

The Configure Service Logon Credentials screen does not allow changing the logon mode. However, a user account used during a prior installation can be reconfigured during reinstallation.

Provide information in the following fields: This Account, Password, and Confirm Password (if the previous installation also involved providing account information for service login).

Click on Save to proceed.

Click on Finish to close the HyWorks Scheduler setup wizard.

Reinstallation will be completed with the following results:
- Publisher Message Queue configurations will be overwritten as per the provided inputs.

Check the database connection strings and message queue information from: C:\Program Files (x86)\Accops\HyWorks\Scheduler\SchedulerWorker\appsettings.json

Upgrade
