Overview

Live Sessions on HyWorks Management Console can be used to monitor User Sessions, Application Sessions and Desktop Sessions.

User Sessions: Once a user logs in through the HyWorks client, the User Workspace portal, or HyLite, a user session is generated and can be monitored in the User Sessions section.

User Sessions can be monitored on HyWorks Controller Management Console

Monitor > Live Sessions > Users

Application Sessions: App Sessions consist of Provider Sessions and Application Sessions. Provider Sessions are the container for all Application Sessions within the same RDS session.

Application Sessions can be monitored on HyWorks Controller Management Console

Monitor > Live Sessions > Applications

Desktop Sessions: The Desktop Session section lists all desktop sessions (dedicated/shared hosted desktops).
