Session Host Server Prerequisites
To install Session Host setup on a Windows server following prerequisites must be fulfilled:
Hardware Requirements
Session Host Server can be installed on a Windows server with the minimum configuration:
Minimum Server Configurations:

Minimum 4 GB RAM

2 vCPUs
-
10 GB free space on installation disk for installation, dependencies and post-installation management files.
Note
Actual server sizing must be derived as per the expected user load and user profiles (type of applications, browser instances, etc.).

Accops HyWorks Session Host Server can be installed on the following Windows servers:

Windows Server 2019 (Essential - not supported)

Windows Server 2003 (limited features supported)

Windows 11/10 Multi-session (Only with AVD)
Note
Sometimes, multiple connections to Windows Server 2022 or the latest Windows 2019 do not work. This can be resolved using the steps provided in the article HyWorks — 3.4 Webhelp > Knowledge Base Articles Resolve Unable to Connect Multiple Users on Windows 2022.
Other Software Requirements
Latest version of the HyWorks Session Host server setup does not install the HyPrint module by default.
On selecting HyPrint for installation, a prompt will be shown to install Ghost Script separately. This should not affect the further installation.
