Troubleshooter controller

If the Hyworks Controller is facing some issue, the troubleshooter can be used to fetch the blueprint of the machine and general parameters to determine any underlying problems.

The troubleshoot dialogue box has following options:

• Download: If the troubleshooting is performed earlier, the last report with date and time will be available for the download.

• Run The Troubleshooter: If there is no report present or Admin wants to generates a recent report, this will perform troubleshooting on the controller machine and automatically download the report once the troubleshooting is completed.

The report can help to identify possible causes and if require further analysis the report can be shared with Accops Support Team.
