About Remote Meetings

HySecure provides support of Remote Meeting between the HySecure users. The remote meeting functionality can be primarily used as a helpdesk facility between a HySecure user who intends to give support to another HySecure user who wants to get support. Additionally, the remote meeting can be established between multiple users for the purpose of chat, file transfer or even sharing presentation.

The service which gets used for providing remote meetings is Progate Server

Remote meeting feature is available in both HySecure Web Portal as well as from Desktop Client. The client provides option to "give support" to connect to another user. The other user has option to "get support" to request support from another user.
