All Nodes Crash - Restoring Cluster from Fresh

If the cluster needs to be rebuilt because of failure of all nodes or if the cluster needs to be setup at another location like DR location, then follow these steps 1. Take backup of "User settings" from the Active cluster manager node. If the backup is not available, new cluster need to be setup a all configurations must be done from fresh. 2. Install the first cluster manager node as per the details given in this document. Complete security officer installation. Then import the user settings backup, all the user settings will be backed up. 3. Now install second cluster and add to the cluster like the method explained in this document. 4. Install the real server nodes and add them to the cluster as explained earlier in this document.

Backing up the Cluster

There are two types of backup: 1. User Settings Backup All application access related configuration related backup 2. System Backup 3. All application access related configuration related backup All system files related backup

It is advised to take regular user settings and system settings backup.

In version 5.0.0.4, there is no provision of restoring the system using system backup file for a cluster deployment.
