Installing Hysecure Gateway

The process to instal the Accops HySecure server from the ISO Installer is listed below:

  1. Burn the ISO to a CD/DVD/USB. If you are installing to a virtual environment, simply mount the ISO inside the virtual machine.

  2. Attach the bootable CD/DVD/USB drive to the physical host or virtual machine and start the host.

  3. At the Installer prompt, select the appropriate drive (the one with the bootable drive connected).

  4. Installation of the HySecure OS will start. Installation process will take approximately 10 minutes, based on the size of the hard disk, to complete. The installation process does not require human intervention.

  5. Once the installation process is complete, the host will reboot. Remove the bootable drive.

  6. Upon reboot, log in to the Accops OS Console menu. The account name and the default password will be indicated in the Console menu. The Administrator can change the password for Console Admin user.
