Troubleshooting Application Access Issues

Issue: When Hosted Application or Hosted desktop launch from HyLite in Chrome version 61 then Application disconnect automatically.

Reason :Hysecure gateway does not have Valid SSL certificate

Solution:

1. Launch Application from other Browser(IE,Firefox)
2. Upgrade Chrome version to 62.
3. Install Valid SSL Certificate on Gateway.
4. Enable useWorker key in gateway (Used Attachment to enable UseWorker key)
