How To Resolve Access Issue of Windows10 Machine Via HyLite Portal

This article outlines the work around for access issue of windows10 machine viaHyLite portal.If windows10 machine is published through HySecure Gateway and user try to access windows10 machine using HyLite mode. Sometime windows10 machine does not working via HyLite mode.

Work around is on windows10 machine we have to do following setting.

1. Go to Windows10 machine.
   

2. Open RUN and type type gpedit.msc
   

3. Then local group policy editor window will open. Go to option
   Computer Configuration | Administrative templates | Windows components | Remote Desktop Services | Remote Desktop Session Host | Security
   

4. Here edit configuration of setting called "Require use of specific security layer for remote (RDP) connections". By default it is set as "not configured". Now select "enable" option and security layer should be set to Negotiate.
   
   
5. Now reboot the Windows 10 machine.
