How to install Accops iOS HyClient?

The following procedure to install Accops iOS HyClient as follows:

  • Open AppStore.

  • Search AccopsHyClient.

  • Click on download button.

Which iOS versions are supported by Accops iOS HyClient 5.4.7?

Last three iOS version is supported by Accops iOS HyClient 5.4.7. We have tested iOS version-9 and iOS-13 

Is there any separate installation for different iOS version?

No, procedure to install Accops iOS HyClient is same for all.

How to verify Accops iOS HyClient got installed successfully on iphone or ipad?

User can see AccopsiOS HyClienticon on phone screen.

Can User access Accops iOS HyClient over wi-fi?

Yes, only natted IP of HySecure Gateway is accessible over wi-fi.

What happens when HySecure gateway is not reachable with already created profile? 

User won’t be able to login into HySecure Gateway which is not reachable. User will get notification ‘Host unreachable. Server address is not reachable’.

What happens when HySecure gateway is not reachable while creating profile in Accops iOS HyClient? 

User won't be able to add profile. When user tries to continue after giving server address, he will get prompt ‘Host unreachable. Server address is not reachable’.

What options are available in help menu?

There are three option available in help option Accops iOS HyClient as follows:

  • Gestures (give information of most usual operation with your fingers)

  • Toolbar (give information of main tools in your session)

  • Touch Pointer (Give information of mouse)

How to verify captured device details with Accops iOS HyClient?

Device details will appear in management console of HySecure Gateway.

Is toolbar support available in Accops iOS HyClient?

Yes, toolbar support is available in Accops iOS HyClient.

Which Device ID parameters is supported by Accops iOS HyClient?

  • Click on ‘i’ button on profile which is created in Accops iOS HyClient.

  • Then give Server address and click on continue.

  • While giving Profile Name there is one option ‘Set as default profile’ enable the option.

Maximum profile created while testing is 10 in Accops iOS HyClient.

What happens when user wants to login with the same profile but different username which is already created in Accops iOS HyClient?

Yes, user would be able to login with the same profile but different username which is already created. User must modify the username from which he wants to login into that profile.

What happens when Gateway is unreachable, and user tries to login into the profile?

User won’t be able to login into HyClient. User will get notification ‘Host unreachable. HySecure server is not reachable’

Can user switch to another profile without logging out from Accops iOS HyClient?

No, user must logout to login into another profile.

What happens when user set default profile?

When user open Accops iOS HyClient, the profile which has set to default will get automatically launched.

How to disable default profile?

The steps to set PIN in Accops iOS HyClient as follows:

  • Open Accops iOS HyClient.

  • Click on setting icon in left corner of Accops iOS HyClient.

  • Click on ‘Disable PIN’

  • Give PIN and then submit.

  • Will get notification ‘PIN disabled successfully’.

There is no maximum length for PIN. We have checked with PIN length of 30 digits.

What is the minimum length for PIN?

Minimum length for PIN is 4 digits

Is there any dependency for fingerprint?

Yes, User must set PIN first then can enable fingerprint.

How to enable Fingerprint in Accops iOS HyClient?

The steps to enable fingerprint in Accops iOS HyClient as follows:

  • Open Accops iOS HyClient

  • Click on setting icon in left corner of Accops iOS HyClient.

  • First ‘Enable PIN’

  • Then ‘Enable fingerprint Lock’

What happen when user disable fingerprint for already created profile?

Fingerprint will get disabled successfully. When user opens Accops iOS HyClient it will ask only for PIN.

Which is the default profile type of profile is created in Accops iOS HyClient?

AccopsHySecure is the default type of profile which is created in Accops iOS HyClient.

Does Accops iOS HyClient supports web application?

Yes, but it only supports http type of web application.

How to modify profile in Accops iOS HyClient?

What happens if second default profile is created on Accops iOS HyClient?

If user created second default profile on Accops iOS HyClient then the last default profile is override on old default profile and the last saved default profile will be used.

When user tries to access application, it will display ‘Your session has expired, trying to re-login’.

  • Go to App Store

  • Search Accops iOS HyClient.

  • Click on update.

How to Uninstall Accops iOS HyClient from iPhone and iPad?

The steps to Uninstall Accops iOS HyClient from iPhone and iPadas follows:

  • Click on Accops iOS HyClient app and slide anywhere.

  • Click on cross of Accops iOS HyClient.

1 Host Unreachable. Server Address is not reachable. Network issue.
2 Your session has expired. Admin has forcefully logout user from management console.
3 Login Error. Due to incorrect username/password.
4 Not able to access application. Due to Ideal time which has been set in management console.
5 Login Error. You are denied to login into VPN. ACL is not created for user.
6 Login Error. It is detected that this is your first login from this device. Device ID ACL is created in which automatically approve device is unchecked. Admin need to be approved.
7 User got logout from Client. Due to Ideal Time is set
8 Login Error. You are denied to login due to DEVICE identification policy. Due to per user device id signature set and has reached the device.
9 Failed to send OTP. Due to mobile number/email id is not registered for user.
