Troubleshooting HySecure Installation Issues
Issue: If you are getting below error in OneGate client: Failed to start OneGate Filtering Module.
Cause: This issue occurs when you have installed windows updates or updated your antivirus.
Workaround: To resolve this issue follow below steps:
Step:
1: Close onegate client from task manager.
2: Restart Your PC.
3: Right click on Onegate Client and "Run as an administrator".
4: Go to Action Tab and select "Preference".
5: Enable " Use LSP Mode" in "Advance Options" and press OK.
6: Enter OneGate Server address and select your assigned OneGate Domain.
7: Login With your OneGate Credentials.
