How To Login Into HySecure Gateway Using HyID token

Pre-requisites

Install Accops HySecure windows client on user machine. Please make sure that HySecure Gateway is reachable from user machine. For login and application access HySecure port 443 (default port) should be reachable from user machine. If HySecure Gateway is in public, then please make sure that user machine should have internet access.

Login using HyID token

Login into HySecure Gateway using client

Click on Accops HySecure desktop shortcut and enter following information.

HySecure server host name or IP address.

Enter user name

Enter password and click on login button.

If entered user name and password are valid then OTP verification window will pop up.

Here user need to select token type and click on Get OTP button to generate the OTP.

Once OTP is delivered to user's email id/mobile number, acknowledgement message will pop up.

Now enter received OTP and click on verify button to login into HySecure Gateway.

Login into HySecure gateway using HyLite portal

Open browser and enter HySecure URL like https://HySecure server IP address or https://HySecure server host name

HySecure portal login page will open.
Here user need to enter user name and password, then click on sign-in button.

If entered user name and password are valid then more authentication page will open.

Here user need to select token type and click on Get OTP button to generate the OTP.

Once OTP is delivery to user's email id/mobile number, acknowledgement message will pop up.

Now enter received OTP and click on Sign-in button to login into HySecure Gateway.
