Pre-requisites

1. Supported version of VMware/ vCenter Server is installed. Port 443 is used to connect to VMware servers

2. User account with required previleges of VMware servers is created. User must have permission to read all VMs information, create and delete resource pools and virtual machine.

Important

If the configured user is not having enough privileges then the process of getting desktop details may fail, power operations and provisioning might get affected.

Install VMWare Tools

For management of the VMWare vCenter based resources, install VMWare tools on the VMs which are to be delivered as dedicated desktops.
