Virtual Profiles

Configure virtual IP profile to be assigned to the application from Host Management > System section > Virtual Profiles.

HyWorks provides Default Virtualization profile which is read-only profile with network virtualization disabled.

Following operations can be performed from Virtual Profiles page:

  • Add Virtualization profile

  • Edit Virtualization profile

  • Delete Virtualization profile

Add Virtual profile

  1. Go to Host Management > System section > Virtual Profiles and click Add.

  2. Provide virtualization profile name.

  3. Select Enable Network Virtualization if network virutalization is required.

  4. Click Save.

Virtualization Profile should be saved and can now be assigned to applications for network virtualization.

Edit Virtual profile

  1. Go to Host Management > System section > Virtual Profiles.

  2. Click the profile to be edited and click Edit.

  3. Update teh required parameters.

  4. Click Save.

Delete Virtual profile

Prerequisite

Virtual Profile should not be assigned to any application.

  1. Go to Host Management > System section > Virtual Profiles.

  2. Click the profile to be edited and click Delete and follow the onscreen instructions.

The Virtual Profile will be deleted and will not be displayed in the Virtual Profiles list.
