Resolve Issue of Black Patches in Windows Desktop Session

Issue Statement

In remote session of DVM from HyDesk devices, White Horizontal and Vertical Lines appear on black background while minimizing or moving any application on desktop

Resolution Steps

Try the following changes and verify if the above stated problem gets solved by applying the changes.

  1. Create a new connection profile with disabling the bit map caching.

  2. Apply the connection profile on the device

  3. Reconnect the session and observe.
