Time Access Filter

The Time Access Filter defines time restrictions based on time zone and start and end times. They are a part of the Access Control policies. This results in the restriction of user access to any application.

View Time Access Filter List

  1. Log on to the Management Console.
  2. Go to Policies > Time Access Filters.
  3. The page displays all the created filters in a tabular manner.

Add Access Filter

  1. Log on to the Management Console.
  2. Go to Policies > Time Access Filter > Add.

Field Description
Access Filter Name Enter a logical name to define the Access Filter object.
Week Day Select the day on which the filter should be applied.
Time Zone Specify the Time Zone for which the the start time and end time to be configured will be applied.
Start Time Select the start time in Hours and Minutes from the drop-down list.
End Time Specify the end time in Hours and Minutes from the drop-down list.

Modify Access Filter

  1. On the Access Filters page, select the Time Access Filter entry you want to modify.
  2. Click on the Modify button. The Modify Access Filter screen appears. Modify the access filter data as needed.
    Note: The Access Filter name cannot be modified.
  3. Click Submit to save changes or click Reset to clear all data from the screen.

Deleting Access Filter

To delete a configured Time Access Filter, select the specific Access Filter entry and click Delete. On confirming, the selected object(s) will get deleted.
