Installing HySecure Gateway

Follow the steps below to install the Accops HySecure server from the ISO Installer:

  1. Burn the ISO to a CD/DVD/USB. If installing a virtual environment, mount the ISO inside the virtual machine.

  2. Attach the bootable CD/DVD/USB drive to the physical or virtual machine and start the host.

  3. At the Installer prompt, select the appropriate drive (the one with the bootable drive connected).

  1. The installation of the HySecure OS will start. Depending on the hard disk size, it will take approximately 10 minutes to complete the installation process.

  2. Once the installation process is complete, the host will reboot automatically. Remove the bootable drive for a physical server, or unmount the ISO file for a VM.

  3. Upon reboot, log in to the Accops HySecure OS Console menu. The Console menu will indicate the account name and the default password. The Administrator can change the password for the Console Admin user.
