Upgrade Firmware
Accops releases Security Hotfixes (HF) and Service Packs (SP) to address bug fixes and to release minor enhancements as well as major feature updates in the form of firmware upgrades. All these forms of delivery are available from the support portal. The steps involved in upgrading the HySecure system to a higher level involve:

Download the HF / SP or firmware, as appropriate from the support portal.

Upload the file from the Upgrade Firmware page, to upgrade the HySecure software.
Upgrade Firmware

Log on to the Management console.

Go to Settings > General Settings > Firmware Upgrade.

Select the upgrade file type: Choose Hotfix or service pack to upgrade using a hotfix patch file. Depending on the fix you might need to change the state of the Gateway to Configuration state. This type of upgrade does not require maintenance mode to be enabled (for HA). Hotfix needs to be applied on all Gateways in case of HA.
Select Firmware Upgrade to upgrade the firmware of Gateway. Enable maintenance mode (for HA) and change the Gateway state to Configuration state.

Click Browse to select the file.
- Click Submit.
Important
The upgrade will start only after the entire file is uploaded. During the upgrade process, the HySecure service will be restarted and all the active users will be disconnected. Login again and check upgrade logs by clicking View Log.
View Log
- Log on to the Management console.
- Go to Settings > General Settings > Firmware Upgrade.
- Click View Log.
