Alternate LDAP Server Support for Password Changes

Overview: Password change requests can now be directed to a different LDAP server than the one used for authentication, thereby reducing the load on the primary authentication server.

Business Value: Improved performance and system efficiency through load distribution.

Limitation: Only applicable to password changes made after logging in. Self-service portal requests continue to utilize the primary server.

Security Identifier Support in Domain-Based Host Scan Policies

Overview: Enhanced endpoint security validation now includes Security Identifier (SID) verification in addition to domain name validation, preventing spoofed domain information from bypassing access controls.

Enhanced Authentication Attempt Display

Overview: Native HySecure users now see the remaining login attempts after each failed attempt, including the total number of allowed attempts before the account is locked.

Example Message: "Authentication failed. Please try again. You have made one of the five allowed login attempts. The account will be locked after five (5) failed attempts."

Disabled: User decides whether to log out all sessions.
Enabled: Checkbox pre-selected for automatic logout.
