Reverse Proxy

Reverse Proxy offers browser-based secure access with MFA to HTTP/HTTPS applications without directly exposing them to the internet. Published applications can be accessed over a web browser without the need for an Accops Client.

Similarly, the reverse proxy in HySecure allows secure access to HTTP/HTTPS applications through a web browser, without exposing them to the internet directly. Additionally, there is no need for an Accops Client.

Template Management

Add Template

There are typically similar HTTP/HTTPS based applications that need to be published. You can use templates to create such applications quickly.

Any application can be saved as a template in the HySecure gateway. These saved templates can be later used to create similar types of HTTP/HTTPS applications with Web VPN enabled thus avoiding keying in similar configuration again.

Besides the ability to save templates, there are default templates available for HTTP and HTTPS based applications as well as for HyWorks Portal and ARS.

Go to Apps > Apps and click Add to create a template. Make sure you select HTTP or HTTPS as the Type. See Add Application for steps to add a new application.

Save Template

  1. Login into the HySecure Management console.
  2. Go to Apps and modify the application whose template is to be saved.
  3. Click Save As Template.

Download Template

  1. Login into the HySecure Management console.
  2. Go to Settings > Services Config > Reverse Proxy.
  3. Click the template to be downloaded. The template is downloaded in compressed form.

Delete Template

  1. Login into the HySecure Management console.
  2. Go to Settings > Services Config > Reverse Proxy.
  3. Click the template to be deleted.
