Active Directory / LDAP Integration

HySecure supports integration with an external Active Directory / LDAP Server for user authentication. Once integrated any user trying to connect to the HySecure Gateway will be authenticated by the Active Directory / LDAP server.

To integrate AD / LDAP integration, the following information is required:

1. Active Directory / LDAP Server IP Address / Hostname and the port on which the server is running.

2. The Admin credentials which will be used to connect to the server while trying to authenticate the user.

3. Other information related to attributes to be used for searching users.

AD / LDAP Integration Workflow

1. Add an AD/LDAP Authentication Server and its relevant information.

2. Select the configured AD/LDAP server as an Authentication Server while creating an Authentication Domain.

3. Assign the Authentication Domain to a HySecure Domain.
