Known Issues (AHS-HF-5427)

  1. Password policy is not applied when administrator resets the password from the user profile

  2. If user enters OTP token without requesting any OTP token then user will get incorrect error message ‘Authentication failed.’ Instead of ‘Invalid OTP. Please try again.

  3. If PDF reader is not installed on local machine, then using IE 11 browser PDF file will be downloaded instead of printing while giving print using HyLite Accops printer.
  4. If PDF reader is not installed on local machine, then using Edge browser (v41), print option will not display while give print using Accops printer/Accops HyPrint.
  5. User session remains active on HyWorks if idle timeout configured in HyWorks controller is not greater than Idle timeout at HySecure gateway.
  6. If shell mode is enabled in connection profile page on HyWorks, HyLite does not support application reconnect in shell mode.
  7. On MAC OS, HyPrint Pdf printer using HyLite will not work. Since this feature is only supported on Windows OS.
  8. If device Id policy has been applied on user and user has already logged in from allowed number of devices and user tries to login from new device using HyLite portal, then user will get incorrect error message.

  9. Default alert title missing in Alert manager configuration in Upgrade Patch.

    In Upgrade patch setup, Security officer/Administrator may see alert title as blank while configuring alert manager. 10. If administrator selects all IP address pools, then only oldest one will be deleted. To delete all the pool, security officer must repeat this process until all the pools are deleted. 11. If user tries to login from a device which does not fulfill EPS host scan policies, then a generic error msg would be shown to user. Error msg: “You are not allowed to login from this IP address”. 12. Access control expiry works for Application access ACL only. 13. Access control priority works only for EPS and Device ID type ACL. 14. In case of EPS failure, if a remediation message is configured for a host scan policy, then that remediation message may not appear to end user in case of EPS failure. 15. In RDP application published through HySecure gateway, custom resolution will not be set by the option provided while publishing RDP application. RDP application will work in maximum resolution in all cases. 16. Open Program option provided to open an application inside the RDP application published through HySecure gateway is not working in this version. 17. If user accessed My Desktop file share type application, then in Activity logs App IP address will be shown as null. 18. Administrator/Security officer may get internal server error if tried to modify expired local user account. 19. In HySecure gateway, Japanese characters will not be supported in following fields: Application name, Application group, Local user, Local user group, Authentication server Admin bind. 20. After applying upgrade patch, rpm named “accops-server-8.0.0-8.x86_64.rpm” found in vpnsadmin directory. This rpm is supposed to be removed after patch installation. 21. HyLabs not working 22. If App-Tunnel virtual IP address pool is configured for the user and HySecure gateway handling user session shuts down, then in that case user session will be switched to another node but user’s virtual IP would not be switched resulting into app access failure and user may have to login again. 23. If Desktop Agent type HyID policy is created for specific workgroup users then those specific users will not be asked OTP. 24. Multi factor authentication with service provider-initiated login for SAML application will not work in this build. 25. Username with more than 25 characters will not wrap and due to which will not be completely visible in applications page (Left edge of screen) in HyLite portal. 26. Activity Log and HyId Log may not generate for ADS module in case of auth failure

    While logging through ADS module, if a user either incorrect username or incorrect OTP or incorrect password then Activity log and HyID log may not generate. 27. Multi-site sync failover-failback not supported 28. Unable to create ACL for 2000 Groups and 500 Applications. 29. Keyboard not working through HyLite when accessed through Android phone Chrome browser. 30. Browser cache must be cleaned after applying upgrade patch 31. User Logout fail and gateway becomes unresponsive if virtual IP address pool have same IP range of its own Subnet, IP address pool must have IP range of different Subnet. 32. Misaligned search button seen in ACL and HyID policy user/user group window. The color of search button, checkboxes etc. are old themed (blue colored). 33. Duplicate application group can be added while creating or modifying Application Access ACL. Only observed when selected 'Get All Users from Directory Server' while creating application access ACL every time while modifying ACL the already added application is showing in unadded list and if user adds that application group again and save then that log is also generating. 34. User is not allowed to login through NPS if HyID policy is not created, A bypass policy should be created for the user. Default behavior is to block login if HyID policy is not available. 35. While login into HySecure Gateway URI is not supported with client in server address if Multitenancy is enabled on gateway. 36. My Desktop type application with turbo is not working. 37. 'Total Active Time' and 'Total Session Time' is not getting calculated in case of SO user after logout 38. User login failure if login with face authentication and liveliness is turned ON in gateway. 39. Admin is not able to add/update HySecure Domain in Japanese Language 40. Camera is not initialized if user login with Firefox using face authentication. 41. Incorrect app group name displays when app added to group (Internet Explorer Browser Only) 42. Unable to initialize camera while monitoring on chrome in Android mobile. 43. Unable to login with face authentication on IOS. 44. Unable to initialize camera in Safari mac OS big sur. 45. Username/User group starting with special characters not getting searched while adding app access acl. 46. If user is present in a user group which starts with comma (,) in user group name. Random character or number will be generated in domain-based report in User Id column. 47. User backup from V5.3 based gateways cannot be restored. 48. Data upload/download restriction using Apptweak not working 49. Customize theme restored from user backup is not working. 50. On some setups which are upgraded from HySecure gateway V5230 to HySecure gateway V5427 using upgrade Patch, device profile may appear with blank name while creating endpoint security access control. 51. Administrator/security officer may face incorrect error while modifying IP address in Network type application which restrict administrator/security officer from modifying the same. 52. User will not be able to login into applications which are using Accops Directory server as authentication method. 53. HyLite plugin for device ID/EPS is not working. So, if administrator has configured HyLite plugin for device ID/EPS then user from Chromium based browsers i.e. Google chrome and new Microsoft Edge will not be able to login. 54. Incorrect Parsing of user log in case of device approval through external API. 55. Incorrect active session time and total session time for some users in user report. 56. On some specific setups duplicate user profile may get created because of ‘None’ value in authorization server. If so, such entries need to be manually deleted to allow the user to login. 57. Application published with hostname containing hyphen will not be accessible. 58. If authentication has authorization server different than authorization server then user will not be asked OTP even if HyID policy is present for the user. 59. Unable to rename anonymous authentication domain name. 60. Registered users search with authentication server is not working. 61. Entities other than DeviceIDdetails and Userprofile in Multi site sync will not be working in this build. 62. Internal Server Error while configuring Site preferences in Multi Site sync 63. Traffic blocked by default for Turbo tunnel type application which result into application not being accessible. For this application to work, user has to manually select “Route traffic to HySecure gateway”.

Known Limitations

  1. Hybrid portal will not work when APIv2 is enabled, even when APIv1 is also enabled
  2. BioAuth face authentication does not work for iOS and Android.
