View Logs

Users can view logs on the Management Console. Three types of Logs are recorded: Informative, Warning, and Errors. These logs can be viewed from Logs > Logs.

The following information is displayed:

  • Log time: The time on which the log has been generated or the activity has been performed.

  • Source: The source of action e.g., a few logs are created when a client sends some requests to the controller, then logs will be generated, and the source will be shown as the device IP. Similarly if a log is generated because of a request received from the session host server, the source will be the session host server.

  • Username: User who is initiating the operation (Administrator, user, or system).

  • Type: The log type e.g. info, error, warning.

  • Message: The message that is displayed.

  • Details: Complete details of the log (if any).

Filter Logs

Filter by Log Type

Logs can be filtered based on its type:

  • All: To view all logs.

  • Error: To view Error logs only.

  • Warning: To view Warning logs only.

  • Info: To view Information logs only.

Filter by Date

Select To and From dates to view the logs of the particular period.

Search Logs

To view logs containing a specific text, search logs for that particular text. Enclosed search string within double quotes is the string that includes space. e.g. for searching an IP address, the following search text can be used ”192.168.1.100”.

Download Logs

To download the logs specify the date range to download logs for a specific period. Logs can be downloaded in CSV to plain text files.
