Overview

HySecure Gateway 7.3 introduces geolocation-based access control, automated DC-DR failover, and several security and infrastructure enhancements. This document covers prerequisites and deployment guidance for applying the service pack.

Prerequisites

⚠️ Critical requirements:

Downtime is required during the application of this service pack.
NTP Server must be configured, and NTP services must be running on all nodes.
HySecure Services and Syncing services must be running on all nodes in the HySecure Management Console dashboard.
The license must be active on the gateway before applying the service pack.
