| 64839 | Email notification templates have the following known limitations: update notifications for multi-schedule reservations may include only the first schedule; deleting expired reservations may trigger participant notifications; self-study participants may receive notifications for changes that do not affect them. |
| 64838 | When a self-study reservation is modified, email notifications may be sent to all participants, including those whose reservation details have not changed. |
| 64718 | HyLabs role permission updates are not applied to users already logged in. The user must log out and back in for the changes to take effect. |
| 64223 | When configuring self-study time limits, conflicting Allow and Restrict time windows may be saved without a validation message, leading to unexpected access behavior. |
| 63887 | The RMS service may generate periodic log entries related to controller synchronization. There is no functional impact on the HyLabs login. |
| 63691 | In the HyLabs participant reservation calendar view, resizing a reservation by dragging may not work as expected when the available time window is short. |
| 63570 | On Nutanix Prism Central with API V4, replica cloning and shutdown for non-persistent HyLabs reservations may not complete on the first attempt. The Controller will automatically retry the operation. |
| 63381 | Self-study reservation deployment and related operations may not complete if they occur in parallel with the provider cache update, which runs at a default interval of every hour. |
| 62319 | HyWorks may not detect a change in the user's WAN IP after login, and the existing VDI session may remain accessible. |
| 60408 | When the Maximum VM limit for a Gold Master in Azure integration is reduced, the change may not be reflected on Azure. Increases to the limit are applied as expected. |
| 59750 | HyWorks evaluates classification rules at login and does not re-evaluate them for subsequent desktop or application connection requests, because the client does not share updated network information at that stage. Changes in network context after login may not be reflected in access decisions for reservation-based sessions. |
| 58757 | VM customization (HyPrep or Sysprep) may not complete for reservations when using the image-based cloning method, if custom DNS configurations are not specified in the Provisioning profile. This may occur because network information is not available during the customization process. |
| 57993 | In some rare cases, the Ready VMs count may be displayed as higher than the total VMs count configured for the self-study. There is no functional impact. |
| 53467 | Login via the HyLabs portal is not supported when HyID is configured as the authentication server. Login via HyLite works as expected. Workaround: Use HyLite to log in and navigate to the HyLabs portal using the 'Go To HyLabs Portal' option. |
| 50798 | When a resource group is selected to add a Gold Master in HyLabs, the VM list may not load in some environments. |
| 40061 | Permanent assignment lifespan reservation is not supported with multi-session Course reservation. |

| 39785 | Getting the same desktop assigned with the AVD client portal, even when the user logs off with the option "retain running course running desktop" unchecked. |
| 39631 | Clipboard, Driver Mapping, and printing-like features from connection profiles can not be controlled from HyWorks Management Console with AVD. |
| 39629 | Sending a warning message at the end of the reservation does not work with an AVD-integrated environment. |
| 39628 | HyWorks timeouts (defined in the connection profile) do not apply to desktop sessions connected via the AVD portal. |
| 39602 | Desktop sessions connected from the AVD portal are not shown and managed on the HyWorks Controller Management Console. |
| 39596 | In a Cozur- and Hotate-based environment, reserved VM deletion has failed on reservation expiry in some cases due to the error "Specified host_id does not exist". |
| 39583 | VMs found not deleted from the Desktops VMs page of HyWorks Controller Management Console and respective session provider as well. The VMs were not shown in the Reserved VMs page of the HyLabs portal. Workaround: VMs can be deleted from the provider and HyWorks database for clean-up. |
| 39540 | There is no default support for IP filtering in HyLabs; thus, if deployed VMs have multiple IP addresses, the Controller may randomly pick any of them. |
| 36836 | Multiple reservations failed to deploy because of heavy desktop refresh calls and database-related issues. Future releases will improve performance and fix issues. Workaround: Disabled desktop refresh call from HyWorks Controller Advance Settings: Flag name: "Refresh DVMs basic control". |
| 36829 | HyWorks does not filter out unusable IP addresses for the Gold Master connection and sends all IP addresses, which causes the connection to fail. Workaround: Keep only a single IP address on the gold master. |
| 35801 | The Active Directory group-based classification rules feature does not work in HyLabs. |
| 34564 | Replica and cloned VMs' deployment settings should be kept logically separate to ensure connectivity between the two. Additionally, multi-datastore selection is not supported in HyLabs provisioning. |
| 30040 | The self-study deployment takes almost a minute per deployment. And if multiple self-studies from the same gold master are scheduled for the same time, it can take a good amount of time. |
| 29670 | In some cases, reservation deployments failed due to database query errors. There are no direct workarounds available, but periodic reboots of the HyWorks Controller and SQL servers can help reduce functional failures. |
| 29598 | The "SMTP email sender" information is not used in Self-study reservation notifications but is used in CSV operations notifications. Workaround: Restart the HyWorks Reservation Management service. |
| 28332 | The reservation admin can set a date/time in the past while editing announcements. Impact: No functional impact. |
| 28299 | A canceled occurrence is not shown as struck through while editing a multi-schedule reservation. Impact: No functional impact. |
| 28290 | RMS admin users may end up creating a multi-user one-time self-study at the same time when participants have already scheduled a self-study. Impact: It does not have a functional impact, but has two reservations at the same time. |
| 27993/ 27248 | Semi-colon ";" though mentioned as a multi-value separator, does not work. Workaround: Admin must have multiple entries for the records to process. |
| 27266 | HyLabs (HyLite) is not supported with an authentication domain configured as follows: authentication server - built-in, authorization server - built-in, and user credentials for the remote server - user-provided. AD/LDAP-based authentication configurations should be used. |
| 26938 | Gold master trust relationship healing or reset is not available with HyLabs (HyWorks); it must be done manually. |
| 25892 | Only selecting the Gold Master OS type as CentOS or Ubuntu, while keeping the "Dedicated Linux VM Pool" unchecked, creates a backend desktop pool of type Windows—recommendation: "Dedicated Linux VM Pool" should be checked for Linux-based reservations. |
| 25669 | Course reservation redeploys VMs, even when an administrator has deleted deployed VMs from the HyWorks Management Console and reduced the "Total VMs" count in the reservation edit wizard. |
| 25547 | Edit course does not work with more than 7000 participants added to it. |
| 14403 | Reservation Redeployment is getting stuck when the snapshot setting is changed. |
| 13393 | The daily reservation is shown to run 1 month after editing (4 schedules are there with daily recurrence, even for past dates). Workaround: Update the schedules again. |
| 12973 | An incorrect log is displayed for the fix course self-study operation of powered-off reserved VMs. |
| 12970 | Self-study - Events that are not required to be logged are also logged. |
| 12884 | No conflict occurs if Self-study is created simultaneously by the participant and admin. |
| 10916 | With ‘Reuse VMs' disabled in the reservation, course self-studies scheduled near the reservation's end time may fail. Recommendation: Create self-studies after some time has passed from the course reservation end so that the course reservation can be ended. |
| 10891 | CSV import fails for the Unicode file format. Workaround: Use other supported formats, such as UTF-8 and Shift-JIS. |
| 10881 | Machine keys in IIS configuration for HyWorks web application resets on upgrade, and login from HyLite results in an error page 'Server Error in '/' Application.' => An error occurred during a cryptographic operation. Workaround: HyWorks Management Console web application, machine keys should be backed up before the upgrade, and should be restored after the upgrade. |
| 10879 | The schedule code accepts special characters, and a Code validation error occurs if an administrator attempts to schedule a reservation using the provided code. Recommendation: The mentioned special character should not be used. |
| 10877 | No warning or information about the associated course self-study is shown while redeploying the course reservation. |
| 10874 | Course reservations with higher limits can be created if the gold master is modified to reduce the previously allowed set limit. Recommendation: Delete and recreate the Gold Master instead of modifying the existing one. |
| 10868 | An audit announcement is shown to users even when they are inactive. Workaround: Delete the audit announcement if not needed. |
| 10806 | Running reservation time can change after editing and reimporting the CSV. Recommendation: Do not update running reservations using CSV. |
| 10794 | Unable to import users when the realm name is mentioned in CSV. |
| 10771 | Users not enrolled in any course will not be able to access self-study reservations made on their behalf by the reservation admin. Workaround: Create a dummy course for such users. |
| 10757 | The Allow Connect option works only when the preparation time exceeds the Allow Connect Time. Reservations must be enabled for the connect function to work. |
| 10716 | Pool creation types are reset to 0 for RMS-created desktop pools, leaving the existing desktop pool, replica, and resource pool unmanaged. Recommendation: RMS desktop pools should not be altered from the HyWorks Management Console. |
| 10676 | The Course Self-Study reservation option should not be present in management for assistant users. Recommendation: This option is a duplicate on the HyLabs screen for assistant users. If needed, the add reservation option itself can be disabled for assistant users from the HyWorks Management Console. |
| 10643 | If the RMS admin and the Participant create a self-study for the conflicting time, the Participant is unable to create more reservations. Recommendation: Delete one of the user’s self-study reservations. |
| 10640 | If the RMS admin creates a self-study for the participant, the participant's "Max Self-Studies Allowed" count remains intact. Recommendation: Self-study should be initiated only by end-users; therefore, administrators should not create self-study reservations for them. |
| 10603 | When deleting the Reservation Pool manually, its resource pool is not deleted from vCenter. Recommendation: RMS desktop pools should not be altered from the HyWorks Management Console. |
| 10027 | "Number of connections exceeded" error is displayed in the Schedule tab instead of Self-Study Reservation. |
| 10026 | CSV Import: The Reservation is getting added, even when self-study enabled has a duration set as 0. Recommendation: The self-study duration should not be set to 0 when importing from CSV. |
| 9044 | MMC and RMS service config details should be restored post-upgrade. Recommendation: Back up before the upgrade to ensure smoother, faster configuration restoration. |
| 8854 | Incorrect Japanese translation in the Deployment options dialog. Recommendation: Use Chrome or Firefox for administration. |
| 8709 | The course self-study is failing when "Assign network-ready desktops" is enabled on the Gold master. Recommendation: Keep the flag disabled in provisioning profiles. |
| 8648 | Reservations should be highlighted using some mechanism if they have some recommended deployment options pending. |
| 8384 | Admin, in incharge, can create a self-study with the same duration as the existing user's self-study. |
| 8192 | The calendar should show all reservations assigned to the Participant/in-charge / assistant. |
| 7976 | Audio and Mic cannot be controlled from HyWorks Controller Connection Profiles in session from HyLite. Workaround: Additional command-line parameters can be used. |
| 7975 | Course extensions by the admin are not reflected in the calendar view; hence, a course self-study can be created by the admin during the extended course reservation period. |
| 7962 | RMS logs the user out of the session, even though the user has already been disconnected from the HyWorks Controller by the admin. |
| 7959 | In some cases, immediately after the system starts, the DVM agent may not be updated as powered on due to a failure to connect to AccopsMQ. |
| 7943 | Updating an existing schedule shows conflicts with the expired schedule. Workaround: Update the schedule and change the start date to today. |
| 7880 | When changing default reservation settings, the changes are not reflected in the running self-study reservation. |
| 7863 | Are you sure you want to shut down the selected reservation? Confirm that the action dialog box is not hidden and the page is not stuck. |
| 7850 | Mail comes on the start event even when the reservation has failed. |
| 7825 | Importing a .txt file via CSV Import results in an Object reference error. |

| 7789 | Timezone Issues: Reservation creation may not work correctly when users are in different time zones, because the HyLabs portal displays the client machine's current time, whereas reservation scheduling uses the server time for calculations. |
| 7786 | [Gap/ Limitation for Kyoto] While creating self-study reservations, an extension of existing reservations is not considered. The participant can add reservations to a conflicting schedule. |
| 7771 | The refresh button is displayed for the course default GM when only the admin access flag is enabled. |
| 7693 | RMS numbering is not being applied to newly created VMs after deleting VMs from the reservation. |
| 7538 | Session change events for lock and unlock are not generated; thus, the max concurrent connection count is unmanaged, with the Desktop concurrent connection check option set to 1. |
| 7522 | The agent status is not displayed for cloned VMs on the reserved VMs wizard. |
| 7518 | GM Limits will not be applied to existing reservation schedules after upgrading from v3.2 to v3.3. |
| 7503 | Keeping the End time of schedule1 and the start time of schedule2 in conflict, e.g., two schedules (schedule1 ending at 5:30 and schedule2 starting at 5:30) cannot be created. Workaround: Create schedule1 with an end time of 5:29 or schedule2 with a start date of 5:31. |
| 7471 | Deployment settings are not considered for all kinds of GM limits. |
| 7445 | Enter a value less than 99999, and the validation message for the Max Active VMs field is not displayed when adding the gold master. |
