Printing Control – Block / Allow

The Workspace Mac client can restrict printing capabilities if this feature is enabled on the Gateway. This setting is managed within the client profile configurations, providing administrators control over users’ printing privileges.

Steps to Configure Printing Block:

To configure Printing Block, enable Block Printing from the profile configurations of the client profile.

1. Navigate to Policies > Client Profiles.

2. Select the Default configuration profile and click Modify.

3. In the profile settings, locate and enable the Block Printing option as depicted in the accompanying screenshot.

   

4. After applying these changes, users logging into the HySecure Mac client will be prevented from printing documents from their sessions.
