VM Configuration

  • Compatibility - ESXi 6.7 virtual machine (or the highest version available)

  • Guest OS Family - Linux

  • Guest OS version - Oracle Linux 9 (64-bit)

IP Address and Admin access are required for the following components:

  • HySecure Gateways

  • HyWorks Controllers

  • Reservation Management System Controller (RMS)

  • The IP address for the ARS server (This IP should be reachable to the applicable HyWorks, HySecure, or RMS instances as applicable above)

  • Case-sensitive hostnames for HySecure gateways, HyWorks Controllers, and RMS Controllers

  • Putty

  • WinSCP

  • SMTP Server detail (Optional) For email alerts

  • Email credentials to send email alerts for CPU, Memory, and Disk usage (Optional)

  • DNS Server IPs

  • HyWorks Identity value for Production HyWorks Cluster (Accessible from HyWorks Management Console > Host Management > Syslog Config)
