The Accops Workspace client is the recommended way for end users to connect. It provides the best performance (Accops virtual channel), client-side Teams optimization, and seamless MFA.

Browser-based access (no client install)¶

Users can also connect through a modern web browser via the HyLite portal without installing any software. Browser access is suitable for unmanaged or BYOD devices.

Client distribution tips

Use an existing software deployment tool (SCCM, Intune, Jamf) to push the Workspace client to managed endpoints.
For BYOD, share the download link from the HyLite portal directly — users can self-install.
Ensure the client version matches the HySecure and HyWorks server versions to avoid incompatibility.
