|---|---|---|
| 1 — Prepare | Size the deployment, select an architecture, and validate prerequisites | Planning, licensing |
| 2 — Configure Access & Auth | Deploy HySecure gateway and HyWorks controller; integrate both components | HySecure, HyWorks, AD |
| 3 — Customize Workspace | Brand the portal; apply access policies and DLP controls | HyLite, EPS, ACLs |
| 4 — Resiliency & Optimization | Configure HA, enable Teams optimisation and SSO, set up backup | HA Cluster, SSO |
| 5 — Roll Out to Users | Run pre-launch checks, distribute clients, onboard users | Workspace Client |
| 6 — Troubleshoot | Diagnose and resolve common issues | Logs, Diagnose Tab |

About Accops Digital Workspace Suite
The Accops Digital Workspace Suite (DWS) combines three products:
- HySecure — Zero-Trust Network Access (ZTNA) gateway that controls who can reach what
- HyWorks — VDI/SHD broker that delivers virtual desktops and applications
- HyID — Identity and MFA platform (optional; HySecure includes built-in HyID)
For a typical workspace deployment, HySecure + HyWorks are required. HyID standalone is used when MFA for on-premises Windows logins is needed without full ZTNA.
