User Onboarding Guide¶
First login experience¶
- Open the portal URL in a browser, or launch the Accops Workspace client and enter the server address.
- Enter AD credentials (domain\username and password).
- Complete MFA enrolment — on first login, users will be prompted to register their MFA method (mobile token, PC token, or SMS OTP depending on policy).
- Access desktops and applications — after authentication, the HyLite portal shows entitled resources. Click any desktop or application to launch.
MFA enrolment¶
- Mobile Token (TOTP): Scan the QR code with the Accops HyID mobile app (available on Google Play / App Store), or any standard TOTP app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator).
- PC Token: Install the HyID PC Token from the portal download page.
- SMS OTP: No enrolment needed — OTP is sent to the registered mobile number on each login.
Getting help¶

| Forgotten password | Use the Self-Service Portal on the HySecure login page |
| Locked account | Use the Self-Service Portal or contact the IT helpdesk |
| MFA device lost | Contact IT helpdesk to reset and re-enrol |
| Desktop not launching | Check internet connection; try browser access as a fallback |
Smart File Transfer (optional)¶
If Smart File Transfer has been enabled by the administrator, users can securely transfer files between their local device and the virtual desktop.
