Prerequisites and Important Notes

⚠️ Critical Requirements:

Downtime is required during the service pack application.
The NTP Server must be configured and running on all nodes.
HySecure Services and Syncing services must be active on all nodes.
A valid license must be active on the gateway before applying the service pack.
