HyWorks Installation Overview

Objective

Installation section describes the installation process for the Accops HyWorks Controller 3.3 Software which includes required software detailed installation steps and troubleshooting.

Installers

Install following services independently or together on a Windows Server using HyWorks Controller v3.3 setup:

1. HyWorks Controller Service

   1. HyWorks Licensing Service

   2. HyWorks Upgrade Service

   3. HyWorks Monitoring Services

2. HyWorks Controller Management Console

   1. Management Console for Administrator

   2. User Portal for desktops and applications access

   3. RMS Portal for reservation management

3. HyWorks Reservation Management Service

4. HyWorks Session Host Server

   1. HyWorks Session Host Service

   2. HyWorks Monitoring Service

Important for Upgrade

Important

• Accops HyWorks Controller v3.3 cannot be upgraded with any previous skyControl versions or HyWorks v2.5 with embedded database
