HyWorks Controller Cluster Installation (Recommended deployment)

Install Primary HyWorks Controller

1. Make sure all the system requirements are met and that the server is ready as per the specifications given in the section Software Requirements. Ensure that the Hardware Requirements and Database Requirements are met.

   • .net framework 4.7.2 or above is installed

   • SQL Server is installed and configured

   • Enable remote connections SQL Server Instance

2. Install the HyWorks Controller as specified in the section HyWorks Controller Installation

3. Install Microsoft Sync Framework v2.1 (Refer to the Install Microsoft Sync Framework 2.1 section for detailed instructions and download location)

Install Secondary HyWorks Controller

Follow all the steps used to install the primary HyWorks Controller server.

Configuring HyWorks Controller Cluster

1. Refer to the HyWorks Controller Clustering and High Availability section.
2. Refer to the Cluster License section for information on how to apply for the license.
