How To change the Date-Time format on RDSH
This page describes the steps to be followed for changing date format in a Windows server.
Steps
Follow the below steps to change date format in Windows Server

Click on Start Control Panel Region and Language

In Date and Time Formats, in Short Date field change date format to dd/mm/yyyy

To apply these setting to all the new users, select Administrative Tab

In Welcome Screen and New Users Accounts Click on Copy Settings
-
Check the Checkboxes mentioning Welcome Screen and system Accounts and New User Accounts in Copy your currents setting to field.
