Clear the Cache & History of the Chrome Browser.
Configuration details for Cache clear on login and history clear on logout

Enable the following tags in the new client profile configuration under the HySecure Gateway policy:

Clear the browser's cache when it has access to VPN: true

Launch web applications only from Google Chrome: enable

Customized option:
VPN_CLEAN_CHROME_CACHE_ON_LOGIN=true;
VPN_CLEAN_CHROME_HISTORY_ON_LOGOUT=true;

Note
- If the HySecure Gateway version is 5427+SP2 or 5427+SP3, then ensure that the entry in the newly created .js file is created at /home/fes/public/
- Open < custom >.js file
- See the tags that are given in customized option will be like mentioned in the image below, if not, then please do it manually by taking a screenshot of the HySecure Gateway. CUSTOMTAG=VPN_CLEAN_CHROME_CACHE_ON_LOGIN=true; VPN_CLEAN_CHROME_HISTORY_ON_LOGOUT=true;
- After applying settings in Client Profile and ACL for the client profile for Mac users, now cache will get cleared on login by users.
Tip
- Cache folder will be located at: /home/
/.cache/google-chrome/Default/Cache/ - Log entry to verify if the required tabs are set as true.
Force Exit of Chrome Browser on Logout
- To exit the Chrome Browser on logout, the admin is required to enable Exit browser on logout option from the client profile under the Policy of HySecure Gateway.

To exit Chrome Browser on logout, the admin is required to enable Exit browser on logout from the client profile under the policy of HySecure Gateway.
