Fixed Issues

This release resolves three customer-reported issues affecting proxy configuration management and user authentication:

63637	The application name should not be added to the proxy bypass list on the user’s system after Workspace Client login.
63636	PAC/Script file is being deleted/removed after logout from the Workspace Client in Proxy Settings on the User System.
63455	The user is unable to log in when the password contains the "£" (British pound) symbol in Workspace Client.
