Prerequisites

The page lists the hardware, operating system, and gateway/controller compatibility requirements for the Accops Workspace Windows Client before installation.

Hardware Requirements

  • Minimum two (2) GB RAM
  • 1 GB of disk space for a fresh installation or upgrade

Supported Operating Systems

Workspace Client for Windows is compatible with 64-bit versions of Windows. Some features are available only on specific OS versions; refer to the relevant feature description for details.

  • Desktop: Windows 8, 8.1, 10, 11
  • Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022, 2025
  • Japanese OS

Gateway and Controller Compatibility

The Workspace Windows Client is compatible with the following HySecure Gateway versions:

  • HySecure 5.4 series
  • HySecure 7.0 series
  • HySecure 7.1 series
  • HySecure 7.2 series
  • HySecure 7.3 series

The Workspace Windows Client is compatible with the following HyWorks Controller versions:

  • HyWorks Controller 3.6.0.20640
  • HyWorks Controller 3.4.0.19234 SP2
  • HyWorks Controller 3.4.0.15792 GA
  • HyWorks Controller 3.4.0.18017 SP2 LR1 HF1.1
  • HyWorks Controller 3.6.x
  • HyWorks Controller 4.x

Only the latest version is mentioned in the matrices. All features, except those introduced in the current version, remain backward-compatible with the last three (3) versions.
