Device Information¶
Overview¶
The Device Information section of the CMS portal provides comprehensive hardware and system-level details for each enrolled device. This information is captured automatically by the CMS agent at registration and updated on an ongoing basis.
Basic information¶

Use case
Device Information is the primary reference for inventory audits, hardware refresh planning, and troubleshooting escalations. The Machine ID uniquely identifies a device across all CMS operations and should be referenced when raising support tickets.
