This document contains the release notes for HyWorks v3.6-SP2. This release includes enhancements and bug fixes to improve quality, reliability, and performance.

Important

• Upgrade Recommendations:

  • Upgrade Compatibility: v3.6-SP2 release is upgrade compatible with the following HyWorks versions: v3.4-SP1-HF6 or later

  • Test v3.6-SP2 first in UAT environments, then upgrade production for a smooth transition.

• Documentation: Full v3.6 documentation is in progress and will be released shortly.

• Module Compatibility:

  • New modules (Scheduler, Action Processor, VM Scale Booster) are not backwards compatible and require the v3.6-SP2 Controller.

  • Older agent modules (HyWorks DVM Tools, Session Host, Linux DVM Tools) remain compatible with the v3.6-SP2 Controller.

• Upcoming Releases: New versions of Windows DVM Tools and Windows Session Host with integrations to support HyWorks v3.6-SP2 features will be released soon.
