61696 Added the missing Tcpdump RPM after applying the Security Hotfix.
In earlier Security SFXX hotfixes, the tcpdump package was removed after the update, which prevented the tcpdump command from running. In this hotfix, we have fixed the issue, and tcpdump can now be run normally after applying the patch.
